Why are you asking for a completed credit application and credit information release?
The information provided gives us the ability to add your company's information to our accounting system to generate invoicing and allows CSS to extend credit to qualifying customers.
Does every order include a shipping/delivery charge?
Yes, at the time of order submission there is a calculated shipping charge, however, if you specify during checkout that you will be picking up the order from our office no shipping will be charged on the final invoice.
How is the shipping charge calculated?
In order to provide shipping or personal delivery of your order we charge a small percentage of the total order. The shipping charge is tiered and a lower percentage is charged for any order over $500 before taxes and shipping charges.
Is there a difference between shipping and delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for those who are within a 15 miles radius of our home office. A CSS employee will hand deliver your order to your office. Shipping will be handled through FedEx or UPS ground.
